Our La Canada office has moved to Montrose!

We have moved our East side office to the community of Montrose, just a half mile from our original La Canada location.

This new office is convenient to Glendale, Silver Lake, Atwater Village, Eagle Rock, La Crescenta, Pasadena, Alta Dena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Downtown Los Angeles and more!

We are excited to announce the opening of our newest physical therapy location in Montrose, CA. Right outside of Glendale and La Canada sits our 1,800 square foot office at the connection of the 2 and 210 freeways.

Complete with four treatment rooms and a large gym space including a pilates reformer we are able to support our patients’ needs specializing in pelvic floor, pregnancy and orthopaedic physical therapy. We look forward to having classes, seminars, and course trainings to provide to the community.

Glendale/Montrose is full of wonderful restaurants such as Hikari Sushi, The Black Cow Café, and Zeke’s Smokehouse and boutique shopping. It also has a farmer’s market open every Sunday just a couple blocks away from our new space. If you are looking for more shopping our neighboring city Glendale is home to the Glendale Galleria and the Americana at Brand. We are also less than 10 minutes away from Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Glendale and Silver Lake, 12-15 minutes from Atwater Village and Burbank, and 15-20 minutes from South Pasadena and San Marino. We are a short 2 minute drive from the beautiful foothill communities of Montrose/Glendale and La Crescenta. Due to our easy location right off the 2 Freeway, we are also very accessible to Downtown Los Angeles.

With our patients’ devotion to wellness it is perfect that we are half a mile away from Descanso Gardens and Montrose/Glendale’s numerous horse trails which are great for walking and jogging. We recommend you take time to enjoy this beautiful town when you visit us.
