The New York Times | Plyometric Exercises To Help You Age Well

Our founder, Heather Jeffcoat, DPT spoke with The New York Times about starting a plyomteric exercise routine. She says,

“Because plyometric moves are fast and high-impact, it’s important to make sure you’re moving and landing with proper form on every rep.”

Before beginning a plyometric workout, it’s important to warm up with some walking or dynamic stretching.
