Femina PT Sherman Oaks Office

Our Sherman Oaks location is adjacent to Studio City and serves the Bel Air, Brentwood, West LA, Mulholland, Beverly Hills, Encino, Calabasas and San Fernando Valley area.

We moved into our new location in Sherman Oaks in June of 2021. Expanding to 3800 square feet, our flagship office creates the standard of care to support our patients' needs.

Our colllaborative team features a number of experienced providers, including physical therapists, an acupuncturist, a trauma specialist, an MFR and massage therapist, and a Pilates studio.

The space features several private treatment rooms and an additional physical therapy gym.

Months after giving birth, it was difficult for me to go from a sitting or lying position up to a full standing position without feeling that I had to remain hunched over until a bit of time had passed to get fully upright. However, after taking Heather’s course, I learned exercises to get my body back to normal. She also showed me correct ways to lift and carry my son as well as put him in/take him out of the carseat and stroller.
