Anorgasmia (no orgasm) or Diminished Orgasms
Anorgasmia is the persistent inability to achieve orgasm despite responding to sexual stimulation. The Mayo Clinic further defines as the lack of orgasms distresses you or interferes with your relationship with your partner. You can read more about female anorgasmia here.
Diminished orgasms are a reduction in the intensity of an orgasm in comparison to previous experiences.
Dysorgasmia / Painful Orgasm
Dysorgasmia is defined as a painful orgasm, without any pain during sexual intercourse. The pain is often a cramping sensation in the pelvis, buttock or abdomen. The duration of pain can last from seconds to minutes to several hours.
