Our New Specialized Yoga Program for Pelvic Pain, Back Pain, and Hip Pain

We now have an ongoing yoga series, developed to help with pelvic pain, back and hip pain. This class is instructed by our pelvic health Occupational Therapist, Nancy Wong, OTD/OTRL and is in our Montrose/Glendale office location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
