Learn SAFE and EFFECTIVE exercises to keep your body strong, flexible and painfree throughout your pregnancy and after delivery from a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Pilates instructor.
Pregnancy can cause a number of physical ailments that can benefit from our prenatal and postpartum programs, from upper back, neck, and shoulder pain to lower back, hip, pelvic pain, incontinence and light bladder leakage. Exercise sessions can be combined with targeted myofascial work to keep you strong, flexible and comfortable throughout your pregnancy. Our physical therapists are trained in providing these programs for fitness or rehabiliation. We hope to help you meet all of your pregnancy and postpartum goals.
1 hour session: $200
1.5 hour session (incorporating massage techniques AND exercise): $285
Packages: 5 1 hour sessions for $950
